EML 214 - Crit Analysis/Argument Speech

This student-centered, 7-week ELI course will focus on listening & speaking skills to improve oral communication in academic and social settings. Students will participate in large and small group academic discussions as well as give a short individual presentation. The class will also focus on informal/conversational language by engaging in activities such as role-play, interviews, and small talk.
