BCHM 426 - Biochemistry Laboratory

Biochemistry laboratory techniques: isolation and purification of macromolecules, characterization of enzymes, chromatography, other methods of analysis. Lecture and laboratory. Prerequisite or corequisite: BIOL (BCHM) 403 or BIOL 304.
