ECON 503 - Math Analysis For Economists

Sharpens students’ mathematical skills in areas of mathematical analysis important in study of economic theory. No previous knowledge of higher mathematics assumed. Course covers topics that normally constitute two or three semesters of calculus, one semester of linear algebra. May not be used as an elective course for the PhD. Fall, 1 cr.
