EECE 332 - Semiconductor Devices

Basic theory of semiconductors, p-n junctions, bipolar junction transistors, junction and MOS field effect devices; device design and modeling; and fabrication. Prerequisite: PHYS 132. Corequisite: EECE 315. Offered every fall semester.
