SPAN 113 - Accelerated Elementary Spanish

Overview of all fundamental structures of Spanish grammar, conducted at a faster pace than the traditional SPAN 111-115 elementary sequence. For students who prefer an intensive start or refresher in Spanish, providing a faster approach to the foundation of the language; this course is also suitable for students with a solid background in another Romance language. The format of this course will include daily exercises, drills and simple dialogues to develop speaking, comprehension, reading and writing skills. Requirements include active class participation, quizzes and exams. This course is appropriate for first year students. Offered regularly.
