TRIP 561 - Intro Computer-Assisted Trans

Specialized workshop training students to use computer-assisted translation and terminology management tools to facilitate translation. The workshop will present a variety of tools for translation and terminology management, and introduce basic translation project management principles. The workshop is not language-specific; students will work with their native languages as well as English. PREREQUISITES: Fluency in a foreign language (Arabic, French, Chinese, German, Korean or Spanish) and effective expression in English. Offered regularly.
