CS 391 - Senior Course Assistant

Practical experience in teaching of computer science by serving as a course assistant (CA) to an assigned instructor for a particular computer science course, including upper-division courses that require CS 220 and CS 310 as prerequisites. Duties may include holding office hours, covering lab or activity sections, and completing various administrative tasks under the supervision of the instructor. May be repeated for a total of no more than eight credits when combined with CS 291; at most four of the credits may count as computer science elective credits, if not already fulfilled by other independent study classes. Prerequisites: CS 220 and CS 310. Offered every Fall and Spring.
