The course is designed to cover topics that are useful in preparing students for future employment and career development. The topics that will be covered include social impact of computing and ethics, privacy, diversity, intellectual property, solutions for problems in computing, professional codes, overview of a variety of computer science topics, and computing-related industrial trends.
