CS 660K - Advanced Algorithm Design

This course will cover theoretical aspects of algorithm design and analysis and cover the following topics: Network flows, linear programming and duality, approximation algorithms, fixed-parameter algorithms, randomized algorithms and online algorithms. Prerequisite: CS575 or equivalent course on the Design and Analysis of Algorithms. MATH314 or equivalent course on Discrete Mathematics. Topics course, offered once a year.
