CHEM 434 - Bioorganic Chemistry



Application of the theories and methodologies of organic chemistry to the study of biological systems. Topics include chemical synthesis of proteins and nucleic acids, biomemetic systems, mechanistic enzymology and drug design. Prerequisite: CHEM 332. Credits: 4: Format: 3 hours of lecture.
