ECON 500 - Microeconomic Theory
This course provides advanced training in microeconomic theory for MA and advanced undergraduate students. It covers consumer theory, producer theory, market structure, decision making under uncertainty, asymmetric information, and externalities. The course emphasizes mathematical methods, particularly calculus and optimization, and illustrates theory through applications. Required course for all MA students. 4 credits.
