ENT 480B - Business Plan Development

Students will learn how to transform innovative ideas into viable business ventures through the creation of a comprehensive business plan. This course provides a structured approach to market analysis, financial forecasting, and operational planning. Students will develop a detailed roadmap for launching and scaling a business, equipping them with the skills to attract financing and a strategy to achieve long-term success. By the end of this course, you will have developed a well-researched business plan. Prerequisite J core. Offered in the fall semesters occasionally. 4 credits.
