GEOG 446 - Transportation Planning

This course will cover the transportation planning process, including data collection, travel demand forecasting, and the land use connection. The class will include planning for all modes of transportation and also address safety, equity, funding, public engagement, and regulatory requirements at the federal, state, and metropolitan levels. Prerequisite: GEOG 160, GEOG 260 or equivalent coursework. Offered every spring. 4 credits.
