MATH 471 - Partial Differential Equations



Vector calculus, Fourier series, partial differential equations, with emphasis on applications. Only one of MATH 471 and MATH 472 can be counted towards Math major or minor. Prerequisites: C or better in both MATH 323 and one of MATH 324, MATH 371, or MATH 372, or consent of instructor. Spring only. 4 credits.
