PH 520 - Epidemiology I - Basic Princip

The first of two courses in epidemiology introduces students to basic principles for examining the distribution and determinants of disease in populations. The course will cover basic indicators of health, measures of disease concurrence, measures of risk and association, infectious disease and outbreak investigations, screening and surveillance. 3 credits No pre-requisites Course is offered in the fall semester
