History 4+1 Programs

Harpur Wide Combined Degree Programs

In addition to the programs listed below, students are able to pursue a series of Harpur wide combined degree programs found here.

4+1 BA-MA program

Students have the opportunity to complete a Bachelor of Arts in History (BA) and a Master of Arts in History (MA) in five years. See the department for more information on pursuing a 4+1/combined degree.

Undergraduate credits: 126. Double counted credits: 8. Graduate credits: 40.

4+1 BA-MAT Program

Students have the opportunity to complete a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Arts in Adolescence Education: Social Studies (MAT) in five years. Students should see their school advising office for questions regarding the curriculum for the undergraduate degree and the graduate program director for questions regarding the MAT program.
