Harpur Wide Combined Degree Programs

Harpur College has partnered with popular graduate programs across Binghamton University in order to create pathways that allow for most Harpur College undergraduate students to pursue a Binghamton graduate degree in just one additional year at the University. These combined degree programs allow the majority of Harpur undergraduates to pair their bachelor’s degree with master’s options listed here.   

Political Science BA - MPA 4+1 Program

Students have the opportunity to complete a BA in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration in five years. The Political Science Department permits students to substitute the following MPA courses in their undergraduate program:

• PAFF 520   to replace one 400-level PLSC major course
• PAFF 510   and PAFF 521  to replace 300-level PLSC major courses
